There are two main ways in which the law firm Cabinet Daniel Tostado offer immigration legal services: via consultations, or assistance during the whole application.
One-time consultation
The consultation can be in person if you are in Paris or via Zoom. During it, you can pose all of your questions, and we will offer advice and consulting, share with you guides we made if relevant to your case, walk you through different procedures and possible immigration statuses, and send you a recapitulative email afterward so that you have the substance of the conversation in written form. The consultation fees are 270€ all costs included, which is paid after the consultation.
Assistance on casefile
Our law firm offers assistance for visas, residency permits, and French naturalization
For a visa:
Service and cost: this includes scheduling the appointment at the consulate, preparation the casefile from start to finish, helping obtain documents and sworn translations, answering any immigration question along the way, and once arrived in France, validating the visas with the French Office of Immigration and Integration (OFII). For this, fees are variable depending on the visa category.
For a Residence Permit:
Service and cost: this includes preparation the casefile from start to finish, helping obtain documents and sworn translations, scheduling the appointment at the prefecture, answering any immigration question along the way, and accompaniment to the Prefecture if in the Paris region. For this, our fees are variable depending on the residency permit category.
For a naturalization:
Service and cost: this includes preparation the casefile from start to finish, helping obtain documents and sworn translations, filing directly on your behalf, answering any immigration question along the way, and preparing your for the naturalization interview. For this, our fees are variable depending on the profile of the applicant and complexity in obtaining relevant documents.
